Dear Uncle PK and Aunty Ruth,

We are back in HK after a brief but very successful visit to KL.  In such a short time we were able to achieve a lot, with not a little thanks to you,Ruth and Jeff.  We are fortunate indeed to have made your acquaintance and receive your friendship.  It would not have been possible for us to have achieved so much in such a short time if not for you, Ruth and Jeff.  We would have had to put in at least another week to complete what we managed to do within 3 days. 

It must have been a tiring and hectic 3 days for you, Ruth, and Jeff and I thank you very much for sharing our burden in putting together Maple B23-3 our home away from home.

My son Desmond has found a jewel of friendship in knowing Jeff, and I am extremely happy that they get along so well and have maintained their fine friendship ever since their days at Island School back in 1998.
Jeff is a true friend to Desmond.

We have taken too much of your precious time last week and especially after your long trip to Vietnam, but we enjoyed every moment of your companionship and great hospitality during our stay in KL, for which we are most greatful.

You and Ruth have been too kind to us, during our stay, and we must be given the chance to reciprocate your care and hospitality when you visit HK soon.
