Another year, it's valentine’s day again, how I celebrate my Valentine day?

11am to 4pm: Working in Show house, NEW 2 1/2 storey terrace in Bandar Metro Puchong (I'm a Real Estate agent by profession).

4pm to 5pm: Eating McD in Tesco Puchong with my colleague (a girl... Ahem!)

5.30pm to 7pm: At Home
7.15pm to 8.15pm: Good Friend's baby full moon open house. Nice buffet from
CAFE 1920.

8.30pm to 11pm: "Bachelors Valentine day gathering..."

11.30pm - 12am: Sitting here in front of the computer TYPING THIS BLOG ENTRY...


Without further ado, here's a parting shot: A poem to "celebrate" it…

Valentine’s day ALONE...

I stand outside on this chilly night
Dreading the dawn of tomorrow
For with the morning will come my downfall
A romantic day only filled with boredom…

Wanting someone to be with
On this year’s Valentine’s Day
Someone to hold me and sing me a song
As we dance the night away

Someone to kiss me gently
Underneath the star filled sky
Her beautiful lips, so soft and pink
She’d be an all rounded girl

Yet I know that I’ll be spending Valentine’s alone
Maybe next year things will change
But for now my finger is crossed
For the right girl to celebrate with...

A DOCTOR is highly looked up to because he/she has very high “Emotional and Social specifications in a Job Analysis” (HR Term). Here is a poem dedicated to them…

A DOCTOR is brave seeing and handling bloods
A DOCTOR is brave cutting up patients and seeing and handling organs
A DOCTOR is brave sewing up after the above operation’s done
A DOCTOR is brave seeing and rescuing accident victims
A DOCTOR is brave seeing and treating burnt victims

A DOCTOR is highly skilled in delivering babies (Gynae)
A DOCTOR has a heart to help the obese lose weights (dietitian)
A DOCTOR has a heart for heart patients
A DOCTOR has a heart for lung patients

SOME DOCTOR has a PASSION for BONES (orthopedic)
SOME DOCTOR has a PASSION for EAR, NOSES & THROATS
SOME DOCTOR has a PASSION for RETINAS (eye specialist)
SOME DOCTOR has PASSION for KIDNEYS
SOME DOCTOR has PASSION for DNAs and/or solving Crimes.

A DOCTOR is patient handling mentally ill patients (psychiatric)
A DOCTOR is patient handing the old folks
A DOCTOR is patient handling children
A DOCTOR is patient doing physiotherapy with patients
A DOCTOR is patient to serve the Guv’ for FEW YEARS after grad
A DOCTOR is patient to study 2 more years from above to be a Specialist


SOME DOCTOR is brave doing post mortem to the deceased
SOME DOCTOR especially a plastic surgeon is RICH & LUCKY
(think “celebs”, “NIP/TUCK” and “boob jobs!”)
A DOCTOR is a risk taker – in those difficult surgeries eg. Brain surgeons
A DOCTOR runs his/her own clinic at one point of a time

(AND MOST IMPORTANTLY :-)

A DOCTOR is highly respected for having the courage to accept the death of A patient and breaking the news to deceased relatives WITHOUT GETTING EMOTIONAL.

(NOTE: This “Poem” is dedicated to my 3 "Doctor" Cousins. TWO in Australia, 1 in Melbourne U, 1 in UNSW (both just had their CONVOCATIONS in November 2008) and one ex-IMU C204 student. The latter just graduated on May 2007. He is now posted to Alor Setar Hospital (Serving the Guv). Just promoted to MO (Medical Officer)
