3) Our Malaysian General Election (rumoured March)

4) Launching of Proton Tuah

5) My younger sister's Wedding on September 2012. Among others...

My New Year Resolution:
1) BE FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT FROM MY PARENTS!!!
2) Consistently closed deal 3 lots a month.
3) Change my 11 years old Ford Telstar.  Next car: Turbo-diesel and Automatic.  Aiming for a used Ssangyong Kyron OR New FOCUS TDCI.
4) Lose at least 10kg...  Current weight 93kg!!!  I'm 174cm.  Borderline Overweight and Obese.  (Last year's resolution).
5) Tithe 10% of my Income monthly to GOD!  Do devotion everyday...
